I cooked a pasture raised, nitrate free smoked ham from Greener Grass Farms! I did a simple pineapple ginger glaze with a pinch of chili flakes and I promise you won't turn your nose to ham ever again. It's tender, juicy, and crispy. It was all the things that a ham should be, and it's something you've probably never tasted. As Eloise says, it's her favorite thing to put in her mouth. You will have leftovers for days.
